Yes, completely. Assisted Living Finder is funded by the assisted living facilities and retirement villages we refer families to, never by you. There is no consultation fee, no placement fee, and no hidden cost at any point in the process.
What’s the difference between an assisted living facility and a retirement village?
An assisted living facility provides daily support with meals, medication management, and personal care. A retirement village offers a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle for active seniors who don’t need daily care assistance. Ronald can help you figure out which fits after one conversation.
What areas do you serve?
Tupelo, Amory, and 18 surrounding towns across northeast Mississippi, including Corinth, Booneville, Fulton, New Albany, Starkville, Oxford, Columbus, and Houston.
How fast can we get help?
Most families reach Ronald the same day they call. From that first conversation, tours can often be arranged within days rather than weeks.
Do you get paid by the facilities you refer us to?
Yes, and we’re upfront about it. Assisted Living Finder is compensated by the communities we refer families to, which is exactly why our service is free to you. Ronald’s recommendations are based on fit for your family, not which community pays the most.
How is this different from a nursing home?
Assisted Living Finder focuses exclusively on assisted living facilities and retirement villages. We do not place families in nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, memory care units, or in-home care. If a higher level of medical care is needed, Ronald will tell you honestly and point you toward the right resource.
Is there any obligation once Ronald helps us?
None at all. You can call, ask questions, tour a community, and decide it is not the right time — with zero pressure and zero obligation.
